Opening Night w/ Australian Shorts

AIFF19’s opening night. An evening celebrating the very best of the festival’s Australian Short Films, as well as a keynote speech from Tristan Barr, director of Australia's first single take film 'Watch The Sunset.' Nibbles will be provided, and the bar will be stocked! Let's open AIFF19 with a bang!

It’ll get saucy, scary and a little bit different - AIFF presents ‘After Dark.’ AIFF19’s adults only screening has films that we have to show, but also let you know - you'll need to find a babysitter. Come and enjoy a drink at Metro Arts, and have some fun with films from all submission categories, from Australia and beyond.
